I am very happy to recommend Mr. Jay Hancock of Brown Insurance Services to your association. Jay worked tirelessly for months to have The Pearl re-rated by FEMA for flood insurance purposes. At first I was skeptical because I thought that we had already done all that we could do to make sure that the building was properly rated. But, Jay’s hard work and expertise has resulted in lower flood premiums for our association. Altogether, the 2009-2010 insurance renewal saved the Pearl’s Association approximately $44,000 over last year’s premium. After the positive results were achieved at The Pearl, I asked Jay to help us with Majestic Beach Towers, where Jay was able to save us $155,000 over last year’s premium. The benefit of having a good agent quickly became apparent when hurricane Ivan hit in September, 2005. Rob attended board meetings and homeowner meetings, answering the questions and concerns of homeowners with knowledge and experience. With the time and focus Gulf Dunes received from Rob one would think we were his only client.
